These are some simple and fun activities to help your student talk about and practice their target sound.

This page describes how sound skills progress. First a student learns to identify the sound in speech. This is called auditory discrimination. Practice progresses from syllables, to words, to phrases, to sentences, and then to general conversation. Progressing in this manner helps a student develop a habit of correct sound production.
